Joint Biological Tactical Detection System (JBTDS)
The Joint Biological Tactical Detection System (JBTDS) is a lightweight, man-portable, battery-operated system that will detect, collect, and identify biological warfare agents.
The Joint Biological Tactical Detection System (JBTDS) is a lightweight, man-portable, battery-operated system that will detect, collect, and identify biological warfare agents. Detections are reported, via the CCSI protocol, to the Base Station Computer (BSC), which - in turn - reports the detection to the outside world via CCSI.
Domenix developed a CCSI to ISA bridge to make the reports from the BSC available on an ISA network and to external systems such as JWARN.
